We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead cross‑functional initiatives that enhance manufacturing throughput, quality, cost performance, and operational scalability across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a portfolio of high‑impact continuous improvement initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to CI team members. Own and maintain the continuous improvement roadmap for assigned functional areas. Prioritize CI resources across reactive operational support and long‑term strategic initiatives. Partner with functional leaders (Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Facilities, Planning, R&D) and leverage data to analyze performance, identify trends, and execute improvements.
