This is not an entry-level teaching role. If you do not hold a CAVA / TAQA (or equivalent assessor qualification) and proven construction delivery experience, this is not for you.
Responsibilities for the Construction Tutor role will be:
* Deliver accredited construction qualifications including CSCS, Level 2 Construction Operations (Groundworks / Civils), and Retrofit-related provision where required.
* Prepare learners for live site environments – not just exams.
* Embed site standards including health & safety, RAMS awareness, PPE compliance, toolbox talks, and workplace behaviours.
