Community Partnerships Coordinator

Careerone is seeking a proactive and organised Community Partnerships Coordinator to support our growing network of inclusive employers and community organisations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring teams, advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders to help create meaningful employment pathways for diverse candidates across Australia.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with employer and community partners

• Coordinate job campaigns and inclusive hiring initiatives

• Support employers with diversity and accessibility best practices

• Assist with candidate engagement and outreach activities

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on employer branding opportunities

• Prepare reports and insights on campaign performance and engagement
