About the Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva , within the Culinary Department, the Commis de Cuisine assists in the preparation, production, and presentation of dishes for Ottolenghi. The Commis de Cuisine reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Ensuring all mise en place is ready for service.
