About the Role
Adecco is hiring immediately for a **CNC Programmer** in Escondido, CA. CNC Programmers are responsible for the creation of cost-effective CNC machine programs and tooling diagrams for prototype and production parts under minimal supervision and tight timelines with starting pay at $ 41.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Act as a liaison with R&D team in the new products development phase, including initial prototyping and ultimately manufacturing transfer at a scaled-up level.
· At the direction of manufacturing management, perform maintenance and optimization of existing machining processes.
· Study specifications such as blueprints dimensions, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials, cutting tools required, and machines to be used to fabricate prototype parts or final manufactured parts.
