Responsibilities
- Function as the lead contact point for any and all matters specific to the clients
- Develop trusted long term advisory relationship with existing key accounts, clients, stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Manage pipeline diligently to lead sales cycle from identifying sales opportunity to closure of the deals
- Foster good collaboration with key technology vendors for stronger value proposition to clients’ business requirement
- Accurate forecasting, track key account metrics to achieve the assigned sales target
- Manage business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
- Secure new clients by working with the marketing team and our principals / vendors
- Develop business strategies to entrench ourselves with the customer
