Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all cleaning staff on allocated sites
- Manage inventory on sites (stocktake, procuring & delivery)
- Ensure that a first‑class cleaning service is delivered to multiple sites
- Carry out cleaning works to bolster team efficiency
- Plan, review and conduct work schedules for cleaners
- Build good rapport with clients
- Train and guide new cleaners in accordance with company standards
- Ensure all safety measures are adhered to on site
- Recruit manpower
- Resolve and manage incidents
- Handle administrative matters (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Minimally possess 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimally possess a Class 3 driving licence
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
