Job Description
Shift: 
4ON 4OFF Shift - £35,499.30 basic per annum - 15:00pm-18:00pm & 18:00pm-21:00pm start window.
5ON 3OFF Shift - £44,252.37 basic per annum - 15:00pm-18:00pm & 18:00pm-21:00pm start window.
Salary: 
Basic salary of £35,499.30 - £44,252.37 basic per annum depending on shift pattern plus the extra incentives and overtime rates as below.
OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
Shift premiums:£10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)£15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
Weekend premiums:£1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays£2,060/year for both
Extra incentives:
Compensation paid after 11 hours
Night out allowance
Overtime available for extra shifts

Overtime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern)
Monday to Friday - £18.50 per hour.
