About the Role
Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Claims Auditor/Trainer to join our team in Waterloo or Mississauga, Canada . The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.
The successful candidate will review the current claim handling processes to identify gaps and make recommendations for process improvement. Also it will create documentation and facilitate training sessions for optimal performance and improved audit results.
