About the Role
Design & Analysis: Create 2D and 3D design blueprints using CAD or other engineering software, and analyze soil/material test results to determine structural feasibility.Project Management: Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor, and monitor budget expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.Site Supervision: Conduct site investigations, oversee daily construction operations, and ensure that structures are built according to engineering plans and safety guidelines.Compliance: Prepare and submit permit applications to ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Collaboration: Communicate daily with clients, builders, architects, and subcontractors to resolve design challenges and ensure project milestones are met.
