What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 10+ years in technical leadership roles, with substantial experience specifically in Blockchain or Web3 infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Ethereum scaling solutions.
• Experience with institutional-grade security frameworks (HSMs, Multi-sig, and advanced key management).
• Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering squads in FinTech or critical infrastructure sectors.
