An employer in the Greater Seattle Washington area is looking for a Change Manager to support a large portfolio of in‑flight, security‑focused initiatives. This role will help establish and mature change management practices across the organization while supporting active projects and guiding employees through the impact of change. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building change management processes from the ground up. Key responsibilities
include but are not limited to providing change management support across multiple active initiatives within a security‑focused portfolio,
