RESPONSIBILITIES


Demand/Enhancement Management

  • Understand business requirement of store POS system: stakeholder identification; capture goals, pain points, and constraints
  • Map as‑is/to‑be processes; identify gaps and impacts
  • Coordinate with professional team for demands/enhancements delivery
  • Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.
  • Coordination for post go-live issue fixing and validation
  • Get feedback from market stakeholder for benefits.


Problem Management

  • Monitor the trend of incident tickets and service request tickets, identify opportunity to deduct the number of tickets by problem resolution;
  • Coordinate with professional team for problem resolution
  • Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.
