Amazing opportunity for Category Managers to work with a scaling baby product brand to build and lead an entirely new product category.

Working directly with the Head of Product and Founder, you will have the autonomy to own your lane end-to-end, moving from raw concept to local and international launch. It’s a full-time, permanent role in Melbourne offering $120-140k + Super (WFH 1 day a week).

The Role:

1. End-to-End Ownership: Source, develop, and launch high-impact products that make parent life easier.
2. Commercial Strategy: Manage market research, pricing, and feasibility to ensure maximum profitability.
3. Supply Chain: Work directly with overseas manufacturers to bring prototypes to life.
4. Compliance: Act as the final sign-off on all testing, quality control, and certifications.
