• Enforce AgeCare policies in coordination with Registered Nurses
• Alert physicians during significant resident health changes
• Work alongside healthcare professionals to fulfill care needs
• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers
• Participate in comprehensive shift reporting for care continuity
Requirements:
• Solid background in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of related health acts and nursing standards
