Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and performance
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in SAP
• Monitor open orders and resolve delivery exceptions (late, short, or damaged shipments)
• Maintain inventory levels aligned to targets and business needs
• Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to support decision-making
• Partner with suppliers on lead times, forecasts, and issue resolution
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, planning)
• Identify and drive process improvements within procurement and supply chain
• Maintain accurate system data (lead times, pricing, MOQ, etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience working in SAP ERP system
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
