Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and service offerings, prepare presentation materials, and explain solutions to meet customer needs.
- Identify business opportunities, including sales targets, new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services by attending seminars, conferences, or reading materials to stay abreast of industry developments.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of actual performance and develop strategic program or action plans to protect, retain, and grow the business and market share of the assigned industry/area for presentation to management.
- Establish strong relationships with clients through timely visits, quarterly business reviews, and maintain an updated client list of active and engaged customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
