Our client in the training industry is seeking a Business Developer with a proven sales track record to join their team in Cape Town, Century City. Duties & Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on HR related services. Proven track record of consistently generating at least 5 million Rand in annual sales within your established pipeline. Extensive network of relationships within HR Manager and Director functions across all industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Be prepared to travel to various regions within South Africa as required to engage with clients and partners. Own car and a driver's license are required. Consultant Information
