Business Analytics Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify key business questions and objectives, and design analytical solutions to address them.
• Build and maintain databases to facilitate the generation of reports and dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making, including descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with other departments, focusing on sales and distribution, to understand their analytical needs and provide support and guidance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on business analytics and mentor team members as the unit grows.
• Stay current on trends and best practices in the analytics field.
