- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and performance gaps, recommending sustainable solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and service delivery.
- Partner with key stakeholders across operations, technology, and leadership teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive change adoption.
- Monitor project outcomes and performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and results to senior management.
