BIM Modeler Electrical

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.

• Coordinate with architectural structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of models.

• Prepare and update shop drawings layouts and as‑built models as per project requirements.

• Identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies through BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g. Navisworks).

• Maintain BIM data integrity following company BIM standards and project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

• Collaborate with site and design teams to ensure constructability and compliance with UAE codes and standards.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project engineers in delivering accurate design documentation.
