BIM Coordinator: Lead Modeling & Clash Resolution

About the Role
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.
- Handle Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings, including Internal and Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM), to resolve design and construction issues instantly using BIM models and mitigate latency in decision making.
- Coordinate with Consultants (AR/ST), System‑Wide Contractors (SWC) and Sub‑Contractors (MEP) to ensure discipline‑specific design and construction conflicts identified in clash detection analysis are resolved and rectified.
- Use Navisworks to generate the Clash Detection Report and Bim Collab to enhance report progress.
- Review and validate models created by different disciplines to ensure they are clash‑free, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.
- Liaise with the Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
