Battery Systems & Embedded Integration Engineer

Position Overview
As the Senior Manager - Embedded software/system battery Pack Design, you will lead the architecture and development of next-generation battery systems for electric mobility platforms across the ASEAN region. This role requires strong expertise in lithium-ion battery technologies, battery management systems (BMS), thermal management, safety engineering, and system integration for connected EV ecosystems. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end battery pack development lifecycle, from concept design and simulation to validation, homologation, and production readiness. The role also involves close collaboration with software, embedded systems, manufacturing, and global engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance EV battery solutions.
