The role of a Bakery Support Operative is to Safely and efficiently operate bakery equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of bread manufacturing plant. Key Accountabilities

• Operate semi-automated Baking Machines
• Manual handling of Bread loaves and slices
• Deliver product quality through all systems available and others
• Provide on-job training support for new team members once experience is gained
• Support Hygiene Team with cleaning and basket feeding when production finishes
