Back Office Officer (Barcelona based)

Join us as a Banking Operations Officer (Juridical) to ensure compliant, timely handling of regulated banking events (liquidations, seizures, successions) for France, protecting Qonto’s customers and keeping the company’s operational and legal obligations firmly in check.

You will work closely with Juliette Chevallier, our Team Lead Banking Operations (Admin & Juridical procedures), and join a Juridical BO team of about 15 people across markets. Your daily actions directly reduce legal and financial risk, ensuring Qonto remains a trusted, reliable institution when it matters most for our customers.

• Execute high‑stakes account actions (closures, transfers, mandated actions) with 100% accuracy – applying strict legal guidelines and internal procedures consistently, documenting every action and maintaining up‑to‑date tracking tables.
