Authorization & Dispute Contractor

Job Purpose:

The Authorization and Dispute Contractors main role is to monitor customer accounts, card transactions (debit and credit) and payments to highlight any potential fraud or discrepancies. Their main responsibility would be to action card fraud alerts generated and any customer dispute 24/7.  

Customer disputes will need to be handled in a timely manner within the set SLAs, reporting will need to be submitted regularly on progress of activities and tasks that are being handled. agents are required to  work efficiently to meet goals and to cross-train in other areas of the business and to fully understand  the impact of disputes and all types of fraud.
