Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions aligned with IT Asset Management processes and organizational standards. Configure and maintain HAM lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, stockroom management, asset assignment, transfer, refresh, and disposal. Implement and manage integrations with procurement systems, MDM tools, SCCM, Intune, Discovery, and third-party asset inventory sources. Configure and maintain CMDB relationships between assets and Configuration Items (CIs), including reconciliation and de-duplication activities.
