Associate Director, Equity Derivatives Technology Business Analyst/Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BA/PM to join our Equity Derivatives Technology team. This fast‑paced role bridges business requirements and technology solutions within the Global Equity Derivatives space, drives projects from inception to production rollout, and works closely with Sales, Trading, Structuring, Functions staff and Technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Quants, Structuring and Functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for equity derivatives trading systems and infrastructure.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
• Develop detailed process flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and data flow documentation as required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Trading, Quants, Structuring and Functional teams at all levels.
