Job Summary
Servicing primarily walk-in customers to fulfill the specific transactional requirements of the customer through high quality customer service while increasing product penetration through cross sell and achieving allocated portfolio and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets for self and branch through liability products such as current accounts, savings, and term deposits, as well as wealth management and asset-related products (secured and unsecured).
Generate new business through sales promotions, outbound marketing calls, presentations, and in-branch customer interactions.
Participate actively in branch sales planning to develop action plans for meeting targets.
