Assistant Vice President/ Director of Operations-SOF GLSS 2 Program

**Description**

This position is contingent upon contract award.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Oversee daily operations across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of SOF GLSS contract deliverables.
+ Develop and implement operational strategies that align with USSOCOM objectives and lifecycle sustainment goals.
+ Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, FAR/DFARS, and USSOCOM-specific directives.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, maintenance, and supply chain performance.
+ Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
+ Collaborate with program leadership, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to resolve operational challenges.
+ Support audit readiness, government surveillance activities, and contract reporting requirements.
+ Mentor and develop site leads and operational managers to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
