Assistant People Business Partner

We are seeking an Assistant People Business Partner for our public sector client based in Essex to work on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis paying up to 51,000 depending on experience. This role allows remote working with up to 2 days per month on average to go on site. Requirements The successful Assistant People Business Partner will possess proven experience of working with the following in a deliver capacity - - Change Management - Complex environments - Legalisation change - Risk management - People Change - Translate business requirements to people requirements - business change project implementation - People & transformation - HR advice - MCIPD Benefits This is aninitial 12 month fixed term contract basis paying up to 51,000 depending on experience.
