Assistant Mechanical & Electrical Manager

Assist the Project Manager/ M&E Manager in the effective planning, reviewing, monitoringand controlling progress and process of M&E works. He/she must be able to control and manage the M&E subcontractor's progress and performance on site. Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities' requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety. Coordination and production of individual and combined M&E drawings (CSD). Appraisal for works/ products compliance to specifications/ requirements and selection recommendations. Control the progress of RFA, RFI, shop drawings, technical submissions and equipment/material procurement/fabrication/delivery status. Develop work programmes and details for testing & commissioning factory tests, individual system test, integrated system test and statutory inspections. Able to plan, lead, delegate jobs, instruct, and monitor progress and performance of subordinates and M&E subcontractors' site staff to achieve quality works...
