Job Title: Assistant Cook
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Cook to support our kitchen operations. The Assistant Cook will work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to prepare high-quality dishes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure efficient food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory
- Support the head cook/chef during busy service periods
