Mount hydraulic valves and components.
Install diamond plate and trim to turntable.
Mount torque box to chassis.
Mount superstructure to chassis.
Mount outrigger structure to chassis.
Install and mount small components (i.e. rung covers, side rollers, rasp assembly and slide pads, etc.) to ladder, truck and turntable.
Run power cables and harnesses.
Mount electrical components.
Run hydraulic hoses.
All bolts above ½” must be torque to specifications.

SUMMARY
:Assemble the component of the aerial ladder and mount to the chassis. This position requires individuals with strong mechanical abilities. They perform work with hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical components of the truck. Individuals in this position are required to work with a variety of hand tools and power tools.
