Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking an Architect for their team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin! Responsibilities: Perform complex architectural/design assignments through innovative professional knowledge and design concepts Produce equipment schedules and quantity take-off reports Establish design direction, develop technical drawings/specifications, and project schedule/budget Manage projects of all sizes and complexities Manage multiple projects simultaneously Keep current on architectural methods, codes, processes and materials Evaluate alternative systems/methods by conducting complex feasibility and operating studies Ensure assigned projects meet quality control standards Assist with business development and completion of proposals Approve correspondence including standard AIA contracts Develop/implement company drawing standards Adhere to client drawing standards Travel to job sites as needed Meet budgets/deadlines Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: Bachelors d...
