Your role:

In your role as Application Support Analyst you will, under the general direction of the IT Infrastructure Manager, have diverse responsibilities for the implementation, maintenance, and support of the company enterprise applications to include but not limited to Microsoft Windows and third-party applications. The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our applications such as ServiceNow, Microsoft System Center Configuration manager (SCCM) for windows operating system software development and patching.
