Job Description:
Field Services Engineer / FS Technician
- Provide basic on‑site IT support for end‑user devices and workplace infrastructure.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues under supervision.
- Support break‑fix activities and preventive maintenance as guided by senior staff.
- Perform device setup, installation, imaging, and basic configuration tasks.
- Handle routine service requests such as password reset coordination, device allocation, and user assistance.
- Update tickets accurately in ITSM tools and follow defined support processes.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or leads in a timely manner.
- Support Digital Bar activities, assisting walk‑in users with standard IT queries and device setups.
