Advanced Rapid Prototype Technician

Responsibilities:

• Support operations through machining, fabrication, design and training.


• Utilize shop equipment to make/modify equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, compression molds, etc. (CNC Bridgeport, Lathe, MIG/TIG Welding, CNC Programming)


• Guide Team members from your experience in developing CNC programs for machining, correct welding methods, fixture/jig/mold design.


• Design/Build prototype models, patterns, bladder lamination tooling

• Adhere to and support "5S” (workplace organization) and safety program practices.


• 5 - 10 years' experience.


• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines, operational demands, or business objectives.


• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.


• Be able to lift 35 lbs. several times per shift...
