We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and operate a community management platform for a large residential resort community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the system
- Maintain accurate database of units, villas, hotel, commercial, owners and tenants
- Generate service charge invoices and track collections
- Manage service requests and work orders
- Monitor system workflows and ensure proper process flow
- Issue notices and communicate with owners through the system
- Generate financial and operational reports
- Attend training and train internal team
