Job Responsibilities

(I) Human Resources Management

  1. Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle (job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, offer communication, etc.)
  2. Conduct onboarding training for new employees and arrange retraining for underperforming staff.
  3. Maintain employee records (including forms required by Philippine statutes).
  4. Handle employee disciplinary procedures and separation processes.
  5. Assist in formulating and improving the company's HR policies and procedures.

(II) Administrative Management

  1. Procure office supplies and manage related logistics.
  2. Manage employee attendance records.
  3. Handle daily office administrative affairs.
  4. Coordinate with government agencies regarding offline transactions and compliance matters.
