- Develop and manage activity budgets and present monthly results to management
- Provide technical management of teams; validate preliminary designs and technical choices, provide continuous technical expertise and support to project managers, design and calculation teams

- Ensure workload planning matches available resources and define quantitative and qualitative needs
- Ensure follow‑up of missions for seconded teams
