Overview
- Client Support: Maintain client communication, address inquiries, and attend meetings.
- Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, track progress, and update status reports.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain account documentation and generate performance reports.
- Internal Collaboration: Facilitate communication and workflow between internal teams.
- Administrative Duties: Handle data entry, filing, and prepare client-facing documents.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- College Level/Fresh graduate can be accepted but must have a background during internshipbachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
- KNOWLEGABLE IN USING EXCEL FORMULAS. (BASIC FORMULA SUCH AS COPY, PASTE AND VLOOK UP)
