Job Responsibilities
- Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support HR processes such as leave administration, claims, and performance review tracking.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and office coordination.
- NITEC/Diploma in HR or Business Administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling confidential information.
