1:1 Learning Support Assistant

We’re working with welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Hackney who are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is all about consistency, patience and building trust, supporting a pupil with additional needs to feel safe, understood and ready to learn each day.

You’ll play a key role in their school experience, providing individualised support that helps them navigate the classroom, regulate emotions and grow in confidence.

You’ll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support, adapt learning where needed, and create a calm, nurturing environment where your pupil can thrive.
